I love using self-care to manage my feelings and stress levels
Before starting my self-care journey, I was stressed out and overwhelmed. I would sit in my room, unable to do anything. I was deeply unhappy and stuck. My family worried about me.
I started attending a workshop where each attendee picked a goal for the week. I was overwhelmed, so I started with drinking a glass of water each day. I needed a small action that was easy to achieved but would help me.
I came back each week and added a new behavior to my routine. Every week, I felt better, and then I was hooked. People began to notice the change in me. I was happier and had more energy. It was awesome.
I decided to write this blog to help others just like me to find happiness and health.
